La Plata Ranch™ Homes
The mission of La Plata Ranch™ is to create quality homes at reasonable prices so they are affordable for working residents of Farmington or the surrounding county. The builder, Twlight Homes, has projects in Albuquerque and Farmington and works exclusively in New Mexico. Our semi-custom and custom homes will be built by members of the San Juan County Homebuilders Association.
Quality Homes for Low and Moderate Income People
Twilight Homes will offer homes from $130,000 to $350,000 in several phases over the next few years. There are to be multiple styles and prices. The style offerings will be Northern New Mexico, Pueblo, or Tuscan. All the homes will be sold with a warranty, from one year for certain things to up to ten years. Financing will be available for homebuyers, through a solid New Mexico financing company that works in partnership with Twilight Homes. We will work hard to get working people into our homes.
