    Big Tax Revenues for City and County

    La Plata will be a major tax revenue source for the city and county and ultimately contribute over $34 million in tax revenues (GRT, commercial mill and residential mill) between 2009 and 2034. The tax revenues start this year and grow substantially when construction commences.

    During the construction phase, La Plata Ranch™ will bring in significant Gross Receipts Tax (GRT) for a six-year period.
